What if I want something different
If you would like something not featured in a package above, just let us know – we can accommodate most requests and tweak packages to suit your exact requirements
Do we get all our images?
Yes you do – unlike some other companies, we don’t believe in upselling or withholding images – you’ve paid for our time, so you get what we deliver
What if it rains?
Sadly we can’t control the weather on the day – we wish we could! However we can control how we handle it. If we’ve planned outdoor photos, we might move them inside, then if the weather improves, re-take them outside as planned. Of course if you want to go dancing in the rain – we’ll be with you to shoot it!
How do we pay?
A deposit is taken to secure the date, this is 10% of the package price, or £50, whichever is greater. The remainder is payable 28 days before the wedding. We can accept bank transfer or credit/debit cards and are happy to accept payment in instalments if that suits you better.
I don’t see any albums – do you offer them?
We can help create your perfect album for you, but pricing very much depends on what you want so it’s very hard to quote in advance until we know what’s going in there – likewise a lot of couples like to make their own – you have all the images in the highest quality possible.
Do you offer gift packages?
A lot of parents or relatives wish to pay for the happy couple’s wedding photography for them. We offer a discrete service where the bride and groom won’t know what you paid and no figures will be on any documentation shown or given to the couple.
What if we need to change the date?
Life happens – we know this. Rescheduling is free of charge. If you have to cancel we will refund your wedding fee, but will retain the deposit to cover overheads and the cost of the consultation.
